Original Logo Analysis

The flag pattern inside the text made this logo difficult to read beyond close range, especially without a drop shadow. While the red, white and blue colors communicate patriotism, the logo fails to fully communicate the culture of Champion AC's services. Most importantly, it didn't help them stand out from the competition.

Redesign Success
We've successfully created a beautiful, strategic logo design for Champion AC that's easy to read from any distance, memorable, & unique. We added a 4th color, cool blue, to communicate "cooling". The true blue roof top over the heating and cooling elements visually communicates Champion AC's slogan, "Control The Weather In Your Home."

Business Card Design
The original business card design was a common white card stock, with the original original logo across the top. Ben & Tony, Coiners of Champion AC, were not very motivated to hand out business cards.

Design Success
Simplicity and speed are the objectives. Simple designs are by far the most difficult to execute because it's so easy to leave out important info and it's very easy to overload with detail (which confuses the eye). The simplicity of the design emphasizes the core problem, unbalanced home climate. Personality was added to the design with the high-impact profile photography by The Creative Bang!. The element of speed is a result of the simplicity of the design. Less clutter makes the content easy to read quickly.
